Interested in gaining fulfilling environmental coordinating experience with the Friends and the Reserve, or know someone who might be?

As our Community Outreach Coordinator, you will:

• Partner with the Reserve and other organizations in local events and help host activities such as accessible birding, stargazing, fishing, creative projects, socials, and more.

• Organize volunteer opportunities like Wisconsin Point beach cleanups, and serve as an educational docent in the Estuarium.

• Assist the Reserve in conducting research, system-wide monitoring, education, coastal training, and stewardship to improve the understanding of Lake Superior’s coast and estuaries.
