Bee Box Building

  • Duluth MakerSpace 3001 West Superior Street Duluth, MN, 55806 United States (map)

Come learn about native pollinators and build a bee box to attract them to your garden with the Friends of the Lake Superior Reserve and the Duluth MakerSpace! Native bees like the blue orchard mason bee are two to three times more effective pollinators than introduced honeybees, and would be a great addition to your garden. Plus they are less likely to sting! Want to learn more, and hang out with fellow bee enthusiasts? Join us!

All materials are supplied, all experience levels are welcome. Youth under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Please RSVP by April 5 so that materials may be purchased.
